I’ve had this happen to me twice over the past 3 weeks:
1. First time was a couple of weeks ago. I went back to a restaurant with a friend that we visited about 3 months prior. We had the same waitress. When she saw me, she looked at me and would not look away until I broke gaze. She kept staring intensely while I was trying to place my order, pay the bill, etc. It was very uncomfortable. She never smiled. Was she interested? Could there have been something on my face? I’ve never seen this woman outside of the 2 times I’ve been to this restaurant, so I don’t think she hates me. What could be the deal?
2. Then this past Saturday night, I went to an arcade bar with a few friends. As we’re walking along the back wall, a woman spots me, then as I pass her, she turns her right shoulder into me. I look back and see her staring at me but she doesn’t say sorry or anything. Just gives me a blank stare. I keep moving because I was unsure if she hit me by accident or was interested. But when my friends and I come back to where she was standing, she leaves and goes to another side of the bar and one of my friends catches her glancing in our direction. We eventually move to where she’s at, but she turns her back as we get closer. Was she playing hard to get? Was she embarrassed that she hit me? What should I have said when she hit me?
What Girls Said
I don't know for most women, but I have given blank stares before. It was totally accidental though! Sometimes when I spot an attractive person, I tend to stare at them, and if they notice me staring at them I would be too embarrassed to smile. 9 times out of 10 I would think about it before going to sleep and regret it immensely. In your case though... It does sound like the second girl is playing hard to get and trying to get your attention. I don't support that, I think a girl should just ask for the guy's number instead of confusing him with a bunch of mixed signals. Or maybe I could be wrong and she was just shy 😂 Anyways, they could be interested, you never know if you don't ask, so just go for it!
Well I don't know about stranger girls, but if she knows you then it means
1. You've done something really disappointing.
2. If you catch her staring at you, and she immediately looks somewhere else, she maybe likes you, or she's probably roasting you in her head.
3. If she winks, probably run away. (Fr)
You should have said “excuse you” when she hit you and didn’t apologize. I dunno these women sound like psychopaths and it’s not nice to stare. Don’t overthink it. Maybe they thought you looked like someone they knew.
