In Tennessee, our state's law is very open and lenient on citizen's arrest. If I witness any crime, whether misdemeanor or felony, I can take the suspect into custody as a private citizen. If I reasonably believe a felony has been committed, but did not witness it, I can make an arrest too. Any civilian can.

My hometown is starting to look more shady and ghettoish. It is only a matter of time until I witness something. I thought about arresting those who dangerously tailgate me for reckless driving. Some woman tailgated me almost to my bumper today.

I've had this discussion with my friends of all races and most people said white people. But for me it's a tie between white people and Indian people especially for where I live. White people have literally killed off every race and have made racial slurs for most races. And still get advantage in court systems and make other races get looked down on. The kkk literally destroyed black lives and only now have they come to get arrested after like 40 or so years now? But regarding the Indian people they just talk shit about everyone in their language. And just keep to thier own and never try to help anyone out unless they are Indian. They will only hire thier own race. What are your thoughts?

So you are at home and you hear a noise outside. you look out and notice some person is attempting to break (like they break a window or cause some destruction to your property) into your home but the cops make it there quickly and arrest that person. When they take this individual into custody they give the following statement "I was just trying to have a peaceful chat. i wasn't gonna hurt them!" Would you believe them?
