I think I'm in perimenopause. My periods have become like 2 months apart. I feel emotional. Focused on wanting love and not feel lonely (but was happy and stable single 8 years prior). I feel some brain fog. My sleep patterns are all over the place. I used to be early bird. Now I keep wanting to stay up late but still wake early so need naps. My sex drive has been through the roof. None of this is unmanageable. But I wonder what natural things I can do to help? Or will need to do? Some old ladies I speak to say they went through menopause smoothly and easily. I believe in nature so I don't want to rush to HRT or anything. Just make sure I'm all good.

What Girls Said
hey, i was probably around your age with peri menopause start of symptoms, however, for me i moved onto the mirena coil.. which did for me what its supposed to, stop bleeding... i was going through the same timely heavy as fuck bleeding at this time, as my mother and two older sisters had done.. i was losing hair in the shower.. anyways about a year and half ago, my mental clarity was insane, i was literally saying things backwards outwardly but to me it sounded correct.. i had known a guy once with brain damage from a car accident who spoke backwards... my nickname at the time was YODA we looked on the funny side... im so very happy for you that you are awake to the era you are in... so you can be prepared and my view is learn how to feed your body and plan... my 18yr , old daughter said tonight, i was diagnosed with osteoarthritis of my left hip yesterday. i pushed for an appt, the physio who saw me didn't really believe my expression of how i know my body well and something is wrong... end of appt i pushed i still wanted an xray because here, uk we can insist... weeks later she calls all coy and all they offer is 6 weeks of education of how to manage it,, doctor will prescribe naproxin... and thats the answer from the medical pharma world... no healing no knowledge to help fix it, pain kill it, reduce its inflammation... whereas im already taking glucosamine chondroiting, five types of collagen with pairing amino acids... so these three things are scientifically proven to improve my issue, whereas naproxin is just a pain killer temporarily reducing inflammation. you have to take a stomach protection tablet for naproxin and only taken with food... i was in agony for 24hrs once taking one tablet not knowing how to take it... my fault of course.. but it showed me what that tablet was... so my planned in take gives my body the ingredients to make its own collagen, from around mid 40s it starts to take a huge dive... my mid 40s to mid 50s photo is insanely different... i do believe it was my german shepherd who damaged my hip, about 7yrs ago... but if i let my body build new collagen, new cartilage, new fluid, take turmeric and black pepper internally... i am giving myself the best i can compared to a modern medical world that offers nothing more than a pill with another pill for your tummy and all it does is hide the pain... research all kinds of things, like herbal teas, zinc and magnesium just before bed... if you drink alcohol accept that, that shit goes straight on your abdomen especially 50 up... i went on hormone patches 50mg and almost overnight it was like the old me who used to be in control was back but not all the way thats for sure... think about cold immersion sessions, i converted a medium sized freezer and three times a week, for a four minute dunk, is like i have an invisible support with me throught the week, also helps with burning fat and fat exchange bad to brown... so end of rant... take your awakeness and flow with it, look for knowledge, gen x women are sick of your shit on facebook is awesome... anyway, message me anytime.. im here to heal and help people... do you take any meds at all?
I am not going through it as of now but I can definitely feel empathy for you, bear hug to you...
I’m never regular
Still monthly tho roughly? Or long gaps? I did have that too. Low progesterone. Made getting preggos difficult.
Yes, I used to always think that I was pregnant but then I got my tubes tied
I still have irregular periods
Oh no. I thought a perk of tubes tied would be zero periods!!
