I just don't get it. Why are Christians dividing themselves regarding the Bible when God clearly prohibts that foolishness. It just makes the religion look confusing and bad. God's word interpret itself literally. In Timothy it tells to rightly divide the word of truth.

Every verse has at least another parallel reference and some 4 references. God's word is like a puzzle, all you have to do is put the pieces together and a clear pitcure will form of what is talking about concerning a topic.

1 Corinthians 1:10-13:

Now I plead with you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that you all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you, but that you be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment. For it has been declared to me concerning you, my brethren, by those of Chloe’s household, that there are contentions among you. Now I say this, that each of you says, “I am of Paul,” or “I am of Apollos,” or “I am of Cephas,” or “I am of Christ.” Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul?

Ephesians 4:4-6:

There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; one Lord, one faith, one baptism; one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Notice how I said anti-religious people and not atheists. A person can be atheist without being anti-religious. However, anti religious people who happen to be atheists that make regular atheists look bad, tend to glorify Communism and people like Stalin and his persecution of Christians.

It's ironic how they hate religion for oppressing certain people, yet they glorify a abhorent regime and ideology that also oppressed people. Just in case you misunderstood this, I'm not saying every atheist is anti religious, I'm only referring to the anti religious ones.
