Who do you would have more empathy for the opposite gender? If your own gender acted like a POS (making the rest of you look bad), playing with people's feelings, using people for their own selfish needs/pleasure... who would actually feel terrible?

- A user that either lies to young women and enjoys wasting their time with false promises. As long as he's getting all the sex he wants he'll continue using women for years (faking love too); he doesn't care about the woman's goals nor wants. It's all about himself. He even uses some women for money too and never pays their money back.

- A golddigger that goes after wealthy man, plays the ''I'm traditional, waiting till marriage'' card to get what she wants. Her plan is to get married and then either file for divorce years later or simply staying married and cheat on him endlessly. She's a user and doesn't care. It's all about herself.

When it comes to relationships, I’m more likely to break up with a man if he finds body hair a turn off because he’s not the right guy for me. To me true love isn’t about being turn off about physical appearance but it’s about acceptance and being fine with it. It’s easy to break up with someone if you find out he expects you to change your physical appearance but it’s way harder to know if the partner you’re in a relationship with is abusive or is a cheater. I’m able to tell if a guy is lying without any problems when talking face to face. I read horror stories on newspapers about how a woman thought she found the one only to be beat up and shouted at. Divorces happened because of cheating and not being compatible.

I'll give two examples of someone giving up on love because of bad experiences with the opposite gender and someone giving up on love because their partner died.

Example 1:
Mark is traumatized with bad experiences and his bad divorce. He wants nothing to do with women and has abandoned anything having to do with true love. He's a bitter MGTOW.
Same thing for a woman in his same position. She underwent either abusive relationship or crappy men. She wants nothing to do with love nor men. She's a bitter radical feminist.

Example 2:
When Anthony was between 22-25, he witnessed his young wife getting run over by a drunk driver and she died at the scene. He gave up on anything to do with dates and love. He never recovered.
Same thing for a woman in his same position. She lost her husband in an accident years ago and hasn't dated since. She gave up on love.

Which is harder example 1 or example 2?
