If men insist on marrying women in their 20s, do they just divorce those women once they’re “too old”?

I’m trying to understand the logic, but it’s mostly from men who don’t even respect women at all. Why pressure women to be married by a certain age? Especially in her 20s. So many people get divorced nowadays so why apply this pressure?
So, these “high value” men will marry a woman in her 20s but what happens when she’s older? Like wtf is up you guys?

Yeah the men, I’ve concluded, who speak of women in terms of “expiration date” or “leftovers” don’t even think of us as people at all.
Haha also, men claim to be so much more “logical” but barely anything they say has logic to it.
