If it were a crime to take away a man's money or a woman's youth.. what would happen?

Lets say a new law got put in placed and is punishabled up to 2-5 years in prison, plus a fine for:

- Women taking away a man's hard-working money. She no longer has financial incentive for divorce or else it's jail time for her.
- Men faking future with a woman and making her waste 4+ years of her youthful years; trying to keep her as a forever childless girlfriend... lying about wanting kids, wasting her time.

What would happen if people got punished for doing that? If that were a crime.

Basically in this scenario... if someone tries to ruin your market value, it's a crime and they're punished.

That would just mean guys would just dump the girl before 4 years has past if they don't want kids. That wouldn't really help these girls because next guy can just repeat the process.

The second is equally dumb, just remove the marriage laws so it's not possible claim a partners money at all. Inheritance limited to offspring only.

Why would you have secondary laws that create new crimes because another law exist. It's better to make them impossible, because then you don't need to enforce them.

I thought it would benefit the people that are really looking for serious commitment and/or marriage, people that want things the way it was in the old times, not people using others for sex nor money.

Remvoing the marriage laws... agree. Therefore it would motivate more men that want a family. And what would be the solution to the other case (do it reduces the chances of a girl wasting her prime years for nothing)?

She should be traditional and keep her leg shut, if he just there for sex he will move on or waste as much of his own time. So secure the relationship before giving out rewards.

I would just continue to stay single on purpose. Would be way too easy for a woman to falsely accuse a man of doing that. It's already easy for women to falsely accuse men of shit they didn't do. Once it's happened to you, you couldn't care less about dying alone
