I'm currently a submissive man who wants to start being a little more dominant. There's this girl that I really like and she has a very dominant personality. The idea is that, after I become more dominant in my life, I will start making moves. I've heard two separate concepts involving this sort of girl.

Concept A: There are as such thing as truly dominant women who absolutely cannot be submissive in a relationship.

Concept B: All women are submissive at their core no matter how dominant they may act. They just need a strong man to bring out their submissive side.

Which is correct?
