So I have this very close friend, he's like my soulmate but in terms of best friends. Somehow the atmosphere is changing. The way he talks to me has changed like he's not as excited as the first time we met. I know I'm still his close friend. People come and go, right? He's very busy too. I'm okay with this and won't ever complain about this because I know he's trying his best to reach his life goals.

I've told him once, "we don't talk like how we were and I was trying to make things the same but I couldn't do it alone. It's okay tho I'll always support you. Just so you know that I'll be always by your side". And this didn't end up well because he thought I was complaining about his busy-ness.

After months, he's busy again now. I made a video to encourage him but somehow he got the wrong message and said "if you dont wanna be friends anymore then it's okay". I was like "wth dude?" I tried to break the awkwardness but maybe bc I didn't use emojis, my messages sounded so intimidating and it's like I was attacking him with my words, which is all wrong. I was all dancing and singing with my friend when he suddenly said " I've told you so many times why I'm busy. What's a best friend for you? If one's busy, you should support them!" I was so confused why he's mad at me but after I re-read everything I understand. What I meant is A but what he got is B. It's either I don't have any common sense or he's too stupid at interpreting words.

I've sent a message telling him that there was a misunderstanding and I wasn't complaining about him being busy for god's sake but he decided not to read it. I should've called him, right? But I didn't do it bc he' still busy I think so it can be very annoying. What should I do now? Send the same message over and over again or just call him right away? Should I let him be? I don't wanna lose him but if we must be growing apart, I hope it's not bc of this stupid misunderstanding. Thank you! All you opinions are really valuable for me!

I have a friend that said that all women want their cherry popped at some point. I have friends that I think overreacted to his comment and said that what he said was extremely hurtful to women. I could tell that he was uncomfortable to their response. I stepped in and said that I don't think that he was being serious and that we have also said some negative comments about guys that guys could interpret as hurtful. They said that it is impossible to hurt a guy and that what he said was extremely hurtful. I personally think my friends are overreacting to him.
