I could easily go down the rabbit hole here. But the ladder is just continually more congested and slippery for men trying to get to the top. In a way this makes us tougher given the challenge. But middle of the road guys are definitely getting burned bad here (and middle of the road women getting unfairly glorified)

It’s one thing if I equally competent and qualified female applicant lands a job, gets promoted and finds success in her field. If the days of “gender equality” that should be expected. It should be no surprise. If women are so awesome than what’s the point of gender quotas? What’s the point of giving them special privileges? If she’s good for the job then the vast majority of men will be happy to hire her.

Kamala Harris is the best example of woman getting promoted at the expense of much more qualified men (and to the expense of our country). Even if you are a democrat you shouldn’t want that. Biden announced that he wanted a “woman of color” for VP. He could of easily won the race anyway if he had male VP (of any race) but Harris was the most pathetic choice he could of possibly made. She kicked him the nuts during the primaries. The fact he chose her was absolutely beyond is pathetic.

But this is indicative of a much bigger problem.
