No, because who polices the internet police, you are just going to get a "powermod" situation on reddit were a mod can abuse their power. The only what to stop cyberbullying is to call it out.
The last thing anyone needs is the government infringing on their rights online. If someone is bothering you and you don't wanna be cyberbullied then don't get online. Problem solved.

Welcome to the internet. As long as people remain unique, you'll never have a shortage of assholes, saints and everything in between. Even two good people can view each other as enemies of their values are too far apart
such a crappy take. you realize that even if YOU go offline, the things circulating about you are still out there? and that some employers, schools, dating partners will look you up on the internet? One nude photo can fuck away your life
what if it's an 8 year old who gets groomed by a sexual predator? what if someone else took a picture of you in the bathroom? what if someone sees you naked through a window and takes a picture?
i don't think you understand how a digital footprint works. if a nude of a celebrity gets leaked, and 100,000 people obtain it, there's no way the federal government can arrest 100,000 people. even if the guy who spread it goes to jail, the pictures are still there.

@Esperdragon well why did you take a bunch of nude photos in the first place? Smh. It's always self caused.

@Esperdragon every person who shares that making fun of you will get a one way ticket to the federal penitentiary. Who has the last laugh then?

@Esperdragon I don't think you understand photos of a child is very illegal. Photos of an adult, why did they take them in the first place?
I don’t think blocking someone for no reason is cyber bullying.
Well since a "fashion police" apparently exist, why not start expanding other police divisions?
That is, you would like the psychopolice that goes to affect people's opinions. You are likely the first person who should be a recluse for this.
who cares about random comments by anonymous people on the internet?
We need cyber crime units for scams that take place. Such as online romance scams.
what would "internet police" do sounds like you are just describing a platform moderator
And trump would be the first one thrown in jail
secure your self. It will be another problem for normal users
That's what the block/report button is for. Takes 5 seconds...
I thought Melania solved cyberbullying.
She did
And Jarred solved Middle East peace.
We just need to ignore them.
Thank you sir.
NO!! Isn't your life controlled enough?
We don't need internet police
Block / ignore.
No, we should just shut the web down.
