My "perfect 10s" or rather 9.9 are entirely based on looks (mostly the face) and the "ideal image" I have of them. Because clearly I don't know any of these women on a personal level.

What I've noticed is that the women I tend to rate higher or as most attractive are the women I feel would make the best friends, the best wives and the best mothers. And these faces express love and kindness to me. The girls I find the most sexually attractive definitely have better bodies and curves (big boobs, round butt, abs, strong thighs etc), but I think I associate those traits with superficiality, materialism and infidelity. Which makes me less interested in them, if that makes any sense. So I kinda have two types of ideal 9.9 woman: One for love/real life, one for sex/fantasy.

10 is super rare and almost impossible to achieve for me, in both males and females.
9 is less rare but more obtainable.
Most of the hottest people I see would be 8. 9s are 8s with a great personality. (Humble, kind, non-selfish)

A 10 is like finding a unicorn. It's almost impossible. Especially now when people are fake from head to toe, inside and out.

Famous wise... I would say Justin Timberlake is a 9 because he is Good Looking, Talented, Funny, and a genuine good guy.

Females I would say Emma Stone is a 9 for the same reasons.
