I used to stare in the mirror and just look at myself for a long time.
Maybe just having some personal thinking time. The bathroom really is the only place us humans have when it comes to privacy.
She could be taking naked pictures for a boyfriend or not boyfriend.
I do this myself from time to time. It's not an every night thing but 3-4 days a week. I'm just in there sitting on the counter texting, taking pictures. It's just a place where I go to relax its weird but no one seems to bother me when I'm in there.
Does it really matter to you? It's her own business. If you are so concern, ask her herself.

She may be taking time to herself me along with a lot of girls I know spend hours in our bathrooms just thinking or on our phones. I don't know why it's calming but maybe bc you know it's the only place you won't be interrupted so you're truly alone.
HOnestly speaking, I spend time infront of the mirror talking to myself. I know it sounds absurd, but I always do that at night.
It's not really any of your business! She has a right to her own privacy in her own home. Maybe you could try to get your bedtime routine finished before she goes into the bathroom, if possible.
I feel like you're asking us all to tell you she's masturbating or something along those lines, but she's probably trying to squeeze those impossible blackheads that enjoy multiplying across our noses

It is probably something personal of hers that she doesn't want to share. I know that before I go to bed sometimes I try out hairstyles for the next day, or sometimes I even talk to myself in the mirror or rehearse something for a presentation.
