Used to spend a lot of time at a local nude beach, so you kind of got used to the idea around good friends. It was a little awkward at first, but seeing so many different body types at the beach actually made it feel kind of normal - made you realize there is nothing to be ashamed about.

That being said, I would just get naked in their house or something, lol. I'm not THAT comfortable.

Never had a problem with being myself but again I'm a chap whose very presence seems to make everyone conscious so it's better I stay with clothes on in presence of general public unless they share the same point of view as me :-)

Let's say B... for example after some spots event there have been rare cases where I've showered with collegues or friends.
And independent if it were a very good male or female friend, if there was a reason to be naked I'd probably not mind. For example when you're in need of first aid when in the bathroom.

Some guys will take a shower. And there are always 'exceptions to the rule".
Like every locker room seems to have the old naked guy that is WAY too comfortable with just walking around completely naked. The rest of us normal people are like "just cover up dude..." lol...
most of us, if we have to shower, wear a towel to the shower and hopefully it is a private shower.
if it is out in the open we try to get in and out very fast and not look around.

I would guess that it's mostly girls that would feel comfortable, as they are always changing clothes together, going to the bathroom together, etc. I have only been naked around "friends" when we would have to shower after gym or workouts.
