Why would he delete my post on his Facebook wall?

I feel stupid analyzing this but the only reason I can think of someone doing that is because they don't want someone else to see it, right?

My friend (formally with benefits but now he has a girlfriend) did this to me the other day and I can't understand why. My post didn't say anything bad but it referred to something that we'd done the previous night. Maybe he didn't want his girlfriend to know that he had been with me that night but I don't see why it matters, we're just friends.

Is there any other explanations you can think of?

I only just checked my email today and he had actually replied to the wall post before deleting it. Guess it was just about someone else seeing it then.

well it could have been what you said, or maybe his girlfriend was on his account and deleted it? or you could bring it up in a sneaky way and be like " well I wrote on your wall asking this but I guess I forgot to click send or something because it wasn't there! but yeah why was there a smiley face on my hand anyways :P :) ?"

He'd drawn a smiley face on my hand and I'd forgotten about it so when I woke up and saw it, I wrote something like, "Why is there a smiley face on my hand? It won't come off now".

He probably thought you were flirting with him and didn't want his girlfriend to know.
