Girl looks at my chest?

Hey, I'm a dude and there's this girl I like who goes to my college and work. The trouble is I always catch her looking at my body in particular my chest. I work out a bit - its 41" but still it really creeps me out. It always seems to be on the left side too. Like the other day on the bus I was sat opposite her and she was looking for a while, I thought I might have had something on my t shirt so I looked down, when I returned back up she was then looking at my eyes and smiled. I thought it was the guys who eyed up the bods not the ladies. Any ideas why she would be doing this?
