so this girl at work walks past where I’m working and when she see me she turns and looks over her shoulder at me?

why would she do that?

Hmm that's an interesting sign man. A few possibilities:

- She thinks you're cute and is checking you out stealthily when she walks by.

- She's interested to see if you notice her and look back. Almost like a flirty game.

- She wants to catch your eye contact so there's an opportunity to smile or chat if you do look.

- Could just be being friendly too, making subtle eye contact as she passes.

Hard to say for sure, but the shoulder look is usually done if a girl is at least curious about a dude. I'd take it as a possible green light she's open to you approaching and introducing yourself, if you're interested back. Might as well shoot your shot! Next time maintain eye contact and flash a smile. Who knows, could lead somewhere fun.
