So this happened yesterday at work. This cute girl who I have just exchanged some eye contact with, has started to walk by me a lot more and while walking past and away looked at me over her shoulder, with a hint of a smile. Obvious flirting I would say but as a man I might be somewhat oblivious to the signals of the fairer sex. So generally speaking, if and when you do this you want the guy to come over and introduce himself?
