How do you know if a gamer girl likes you? and how do you impress her?

It's basically all in the question. I have a crush on this girl that's a gamer girl, and kind of a tomboy. I mean, she dresses girly and everything but she likes guy stuff like video games and action movies and what have you. (Although she does watch the occasional chick flick, I think just the drew barrymore ones haha, it's sad that I know that, I know..) It's hard to tell when her girly girl side is emerging or she's being tomboyish. I really like her though, she's absolutely beautiful and I'm basically head-over-heels for her. (she doesn't know, though) but I'm shy and always get butterflies around her, so I want to know that she likes me before I make any moves. I just want so bad to be with her, and for her to like me... but how do you know if a tomboyish girl with a lot of guy friends likes you? what really impresses a girl like that? Any and all help is appreciated beyond belief!

I kinda have a similar situation were both gamers bla bla bla... anyway i think you should build up friendship with her best friend not too much so its not creepy and then you ask her/him does she ever talk about you and such she/he will know the best cause im a girl and i would tell my best friend everything

For me, I want a guy is brave enough to go up to me and talk to me. You don't sound too bad, so just ask her. Its worth a try. Chances are she will like you. What if she likes you?

If she likes you, she might be staring at you, laughing at MOST of your jokes, ect.

And that's just me.
