You do realize a lot of women who have breast argumentations don't have perky breasts, right? Not everyone get them to have huge porn boobs, it's quite common to have implants because their breasts are either saggy (maybe from weightloss or pregnancy) asymmetric or something else entirely.
You really think these women should just hate and feel ashamed of their bodies, instead og having it "fixed"?
The problem is that when men think of silicone breasts, they think of huge DD's on a thin girl's chest, where it just looks like really tight water jugs that could burst at any time. In reality, if the implants aren't too big, placed behind the muscle and the woman has some natural breast tissue to cover it up, they can look and feel pretty much like natural breasts.
Not all silicone boobs are porn boobs.
