How much does it cost to paint over graffiti?

For instance if you did graffiti on the back of a shopping mall, how much would it cost to clean up a relatively large piece? Please answer the actual question thank you

It costs a LOT if you want to do it right. It doesn't much if you're just trying to block out whatever it says, but to actually remove graffiti or to paint over it so that it matches the paint on the wall requires hiring a professional. That's expensive.

If you're asking because you want to do graffiti, try to find a place that is okay with it. Lots of cities and businesses sort of turn the other way if it looks good, isn't offensive, and is done in certain places.

In my city, there is a bridge that pretty much everyone has to pass to get into the city. Some wrote in huge letters "you are beautiful". The city let that stay there for a whole year despite its huge visibility.

I'd say the biggest cost is likely labor and the cost to business of having the grafitti on the building.
