I don't really have an opinion, but I don't think it ever will be, or at least not for quite awhile. I can tell you this; don't go without a bra and expect people not to stare. If your nipples are showing through your shirt or your boobs are sagging very obviously, a lot of people will stare. That is what happens when you do things that are out of the norm. Is it fair? No. But it's the way life works.
If you don't care what others think and want to go braless, go for it. But if you're insecure or sensitive to others' thoughts and opinions, you'd probably be best not to.
So to conclude, although it's a nice thought that more things should be socially acceptable, we don't have a lot of control over that. You can't control what others think, and no matter what, doing certain things will always draw negative attention and reactions.

If you are comfortable with no bra them by all means go braless. Most of us girls have worn the stupid things since before we got boobies so it's habit. I'm small (small B just a little over an A cup) so I can get away with it much more than a well endowed girl can. Yes, it's a whole lot more comfortable without that cursed garment griping tightly around my torso!!!

I just don't like to run around with pokies visible through a light top. Generally if I do go braless it's in a top that's got a shelf bra in it. With a light little bralette. With either a tee shirt or tank top under the shirt the pokies from showing through the outer top.
