Why is racism against Asians considered ok?

Asian men are constantly emasculated and denied leading roles in movies. They also are subject to many forms of racism in said movies. If the media was racist to Blacks or Latinos, there would be public outrage and the editor or writer would be fired.

Saying the n word would get me fired or suspended from school, but saying an Asian slur is considered ok?

But, people ignore or even encourage racism towards Asians. Asian stereotypes are treated as the truth, unlike Blacks and Hispanics, whose stereotypes are simply seen as jokes. The media forces women to not see Asian men as sexy.

Additionally, schools teach about Martin Luther King and the Civil Rights movement and even slavery and the Civil War. They never talk about Japanese internment camps or US colonization of Philippines and Vietnam.

Affirmative action also makes it harder for Asians to get into college.

Asians work hard and earn more, but seldom make it to the top executive positions or are in political positions. Even Indians are CEOs and politicians.

I hate the racism against Asian men.
There is this guy in my school who is called these offensive slurs Such as "ling ling" "chink" , etc.
I think its Hypocritical and I discussed it with my mother who didn't quite understand until now yesterday.
Thats why I'm against BLM , it's as if blacks and Latinos think they are the only minority. All lives matter, Asians deserve the most respect in my opinion because they are so well trained and usually don't do dangerous criminal activity on average.
I also am attracted to Asian guys mainly.

I don't know any Asian slurs. We did learn about japanese internment camps as well as Vietnam and Phillipines in World History. There isn't a large demand for Asian men in the film industry but the east Asian film industry is good at sexualizing men 😂

Bruce Lee, Jacky Chan and Jet Li come to mind immediately.
The casting of an actor is determined by the requirements of the script.
Hong Kong has a big movie industry. So do Japan and Korea. All of those movies have Asian leading men, because that is what the scripts call for and that is dictated by what the intended audience will pay to see.
You should get over your victim mentality and get in touch with reality.

Think about what you are saying.
You want the USA, which is a majority white country in which Asians are a small minority, to cast Asian actors in lead roles.
That is so divorced from reality that it is delusional.
Movies and television shows are there to make money, although of late the Jews who run Hollyweird have put forcing their libtard agenda down the public's throats ahead of commercial success.
For a movie to be successful, audiences must be able to identify with the characters. It would be commercial suicide to produce a movie that had a lead actor with whom perhaps only 2 per cent of the audience could identify.
Reverse the situation to see how crazy your proposition is.
How about imposing 'diversity' on the Hong Kong, or Indian, or Chinese, movie industries by demanding that they should use white actors?
You would be laughed out of town.

I hate racism against anyone. When you make a joke about a country or region and its culture (for example) then it's OK to me, but insult it's people and people - including myself - will be pissed.

It might take a Hispanic family several generations to escape poverty within the US
But I find that most Asian families, take 1 or 2 generations to become upper middle class.

They are the most industrious race

Asians, especially East Asians tend to have a strong set of values. They work very hard and value education over other things.

They don't ask for handouts because they don't need them. Wherever Chinese, Japanese, or Koreans go they tend to open or start their own businesses.

That's very few. Many movies and video games portray Asians as either -

1. Unattractive nerds with no suave or charm or even social skills.
2. Women are hypersexualized
3. Enemies of America. this is seen in World War II games and movies (Call of Duty World at War and many more (, Vietnam War games and movies (Black Ops 1, an episode of American Dad), North Korea (who hates us anyway) and sees China as the enemy of America.

I agree with you on 1 and 2, but 3... that's a given. That's how things were a hundred or so years ago is it not? Mass ignorance due to colonialism, racism/race-championing/prejudice etc. We can't change history so I wouldn't worry about that- Asians will probably never be portrayed differently in Western history...
