No, but I've been in a couple of guys bathrooms before when the line for the ladies was just too damn long. Didn't see anything particularly shocking,of course I called a courtesy warning before I walked in. They had fewer mirrors than us and no changing table, and of course urinals but other than that, a bathroom is just a bathroom.

not a locker room but I have been to the boy's bathroom in my dorm. not that much different from the girls. Just lacking the scent of body washes and lotions
