You can't be ugly but you don't have to be crazy hot. I work at hollister and no one at my store is ugly. You don't need to know anything about sales to work there you just need how to show up on time, say the tag line, not steal, and fold clothes because that's all you're going to be doing. I was surprised when I got hired because I don't think I'm super hot but I guess the manager at the time thought I was at least kinda cute. But yeah, the interview is just to get a look at you and make sure that you can speak proper english.

The store I work for has a little paragraph in the back office that says that they hire good looking people, it says a lot more, but that is what stands out.
Anyways, as for your question I don't know. I was recruited, some lady came up to me and asked me was I looking for a part time job, and I said yes. I went in for an interview and two days later I had the job, I have been working there for over a year. I have seen some good looking people and I have seen others that some would consider not so good looking.
I wouldn't be suprised. Good looking people attract customers, customers buy the merchandise. Merch = $$$
Your question motivated me to interview five female A & F employees in search of an answer, and I'm pleased to say I've gotten to the root of things. Though all of those questioned recalled being slightly nervous at the time of their interview, none reported feeling at all hot. In fact, none remembered feeling even remotely warm. I think we can conclude with certainty that ones body temperature will not in any way effect their prospects for employment at A & F.
i hate to be the one to break it to you but yes. I worked there for over a year as a manager. iand we would go out and scope collage campuses and the rest of the mall look for good looking people. if they were willing to follow directions they got hired. they look for people with the type of style they are trying to sell during that season

You are so annoying.Every question you post on here has something to do with looks 'am I hot?" "will I ever be hotter than her" just stfu. and you're not that cute!
Hotness has nothing to do with a job..as long as you're qualified
enough..willing to learn..and present yourself well enough. you'll get the job..nothing to do with
being hot.
(relayed from another person)Yes ma'am,they do.BUT,since you applied, they more than likely didn't do it based on looks. They base it on looks when you're recruited
No if they did they would be sued.
