'I am so busy this week, maybe sometime next week' Is this a fob-off?

I met this incredibly attractive girl last week at a large college party. We vaguely knew each other through a friend. I got dancing with her - it was Latin music I know moves to and we had great time dancing for an hour. Once the party finished we met up with our friends and went to another bar. They went home after a bit but she hung out with me until 4am and then I took her to the taxi rank and waited for her taxi.

My friend has told me this girl is difficult, she is Russian and I think has pretty traditional ideas. The next day I decided to ask her for a drink over facebook. Next day after that she responds 'I am so busy this week, maybe sometime next week'. I know she a very tough program of work, but would I be right in thinking that this is a gentle let-down or perhaps these Russian/ really hot girls are just tough.

I probably will see her out again how should I act?

It's about a 50/50, When a girl says she is busy in a vague kind of way you need to say something like "I hear that you are busy, what I'm not hearing is a desire to meet up another day" and plan a meeting right away, if she doesn't really want to meet you she should come out now and tell you the truth without wasting your time but if she says, no I'm really busy, lets meet next week, then organize a date then and there and if she cancels then next her

don't give up! maybe she is busy! you never know! ask her when next week you want to hang out. make plans with her. if she don't know when, then it means that maybe she was not that intreased in u. becouse if she really like you she would try to hang out with you again. just wait and see:) good luck

she also said "maybe sometime next week", meaning that she does want to hang out but that she is really too busy. If she didn't want to hang out with you, she'll just say that she's busy and wouldn't bother suggesting another time to meet.
