I'd rather be wise.Intelligence doesn't necessarily translate into all aspects of life.Some one could be book smart and still not know how to deal with the very simple things in everyday life.But wisdom I feel translates in various areas in life.

When I think wise I think of old wizards with long beards... so as long as I don't get a long beard I will stick to wise, but I'd like to think of myself as clever and witty

Wise. But frequently when you're wise, you're also intelligent. However, it doesn't always work the other way around.

  well I'm sure everyone has a different definition for wisdom but wisdom is discernment or full understanding of things around, someone with deep enlightenment or common sense. and intelligence would be someone whos knowledgeable.
