In the marvel universe, the blip caused 16 year olds 2 age to 21 while others stayed 16, could or would u @ 21 still stay friends w/ the 16 year olds?

The blip/snap caused some people to age who wasn't affected, as we dont know what exactly happens when they vanished. I see why not, they still your friends. It would be no different if they aged natural.
