This seems to be a controversial thing so of course I’m gonna talk about it, considering I’m the same person who discusses books like Lolita, and that book is actually involved in this. You see after the book Lolita, Lolita’s dressing style became a subculture. And this subculture involves japan, in Japanese anime a young girl is often referred to as a loli, and are constantly sexualized despite these characters being children, however, they are fictional and it isn’t actually illegal to do this. So that begs the question, is it wrong?
In my opinion, it’s very wrong, but people shouldn’t serve jail time for it considering the character is fictional and DOES NOT exist. But I think it’s a massive red flag and HIGHLY questionable under certain circumstances. I never will understand people who sexualize these characters as in my eyes they’re just fucking adorable. I might make this anonymous I’m not sure, but I have a feeling people will know who I am anyways since I have a profile picture that is similar but not a loli. I recognize people in the anonymous thing all the time, by the way they type and questions they ask ETC. this community is fairly active and I do see a lot of members around.
So in my opinion, sexualizing lolis is wrong, and questionable, but people shouldn’t serve time in jail for having a lewd drawing of a fictional character on their phone. I should mention anime’s usually don’t sexualize their lolis. It’s the people watching.

I would also like to ask another question with this, what about Loli’s that are actually adults? This character wasn’t quite an adult but in an anime I watched there was a male Lolita who was a senior or junior in highschool, he just looked and acted like a kid. So adult lolis who look like kids, is that wrong too?

I think it's disgusting, but since no one will get hurt by some random person masturbating to Lolis, then I'd say let them be. But you also have to take into consideration WHY they find it appealing. A lot of people who otherwise find the idea of having sex with children absolutely appaling can still end up being turned on by Lolis, and in that case, it has a lot more to do with the taboo rather than any inherent sexual attraction to childish traits. If we're talking about those people, then they pose no threat to people in real life. But it obviously gives an outlet for actual pedophiles to jerk off to what they're ACTUALLY attracted to, so that's why it's so important to make a distinction between the two.
you are right, disgusting and wrong. question is how this stuff gets out there. There's some seriously "off" people who are propagating more social problems.. namely abuse of children. Social decay.
Some of this may have to do with the age of maturity going down over time... it was not like this 30 years ago...
Most anime’s as I stated aren't sexualizing their Lolita characters, some of them, I think it’s pretty intentional but animes like dragon maid [cant remember full title] don’t really sexualize the lolis. In fact the loli in that show is literally treated like a child, the show isn’t trying to exploit her, she’s just a character. But I do agree some of them are making the intentions pretty clear and it’s sickening in my eyes. There are hentai’s [anime porn] centered around these children and it’s disturbing.
Me personally, I like them because of the art style. But they’re also like regular cartoons, some are made for adults too obviously. But it’s the same thing as watching cartoons, however Anime does tend to have more of a plot and be more serious. I like shoujo anime though, anime’s about love basically. Another one I watched was just really funny, ouran host club. Basically a poor girl receives a scholarship to a rich school, during her visit she accidentally broke the host club’s million dollar vase, and has to earn the money back by pretending to be a man and being a host. Basically they entertain bored rich girls, and occasionally guys.
Definite red flag even if they're legal it's still kinda weird to say the least. Only thing I could say is at least that's their thing and not actual underage people? Legally I don't think it's actually illegal, think they call it an art form or appreciation or something to get around it.

I think it's a bit weird and a bit of a red flag. I think I remembered an AMA on Reddit with a guy who was convicted of having child porn and did say he started with lolis but it normalisid it for him and went over to the real stuff.
So it's a bit of a gray area yeah no one is being hurt by letting weirdos look at this stuff but it could lead down the path to real child porn.
So yeah don't wank over kids is the normal of the story
It is wrong to sexualize children because they are victims. A cartoon can't be a victim so right and wrong don't enter into it. There may be a mental illness involved but there is no wrong when it comes to cartoons unless you are showing them to minors which I would not recommend.
Oh I meant minors, Minnie and daisy are adults lol. Liking fictional characters that aren’t human isn’t worrying at all in my opinion, there’s a community called furries where people dress as animals/make art ETC, and they find fictional animals attractive to! However they don’t find actual animals sexually attractive lmfao.
