Don't you think black people bring racism upon themselves?

For example they have this very tight sense of brotherhood which only black people are welcome to. They call each other the N word but white people are not allowed to, according to them. Imagine white people doing something similar and i'd be called the KKK.

They speak the English language differently. For example they say "They was, you was". I'm not even native English speaker but I know it's "They were, you were". It seems very arrogant not to use the correct grammar if it's clearly your native language. And that's just one example.

Whenever I see these police body cams when they arrest black people, they never comply with the police orders. They always try to negotiate with the police and try to take the control of the situation. Sometimes they even get shot because the police says "Keep your hands where I can see them" And still they start to search their pockets. Like what the fuck dude how stupid can you be. And then the police is blamed for racial crime.

As an outsider I just feel it's very obvious black people are themselves doing the best they can to increase racism towards blacks.

To clarify I never said ALL of them. It should be obvious in questions like that. My bad assuming people are smarter than they are. But I feel it's now my responsibility to educate the less educated.
A person = One (1) person.
People = More than one, not specific how many.
All people = Specifically all people.
