Believe it or not, none of them would "Freak me out," though I would likely give the people involved their space and privacy. I guess after so many years, nothing would surprise me anymore.
Of course, context matters and if something seemed violent or forced, I might react differently. However, assuming that I was in college and was at a party, I would probably just leave and let it go.

That includes one time - very embarrassing in retrospect - where a gal and I were pretty drunk at a fraternity party. We went upstairs. While we were at it someone discovered us, but we were just drunk enough not to care. Long story short, we ended up naked and having sex in front of a group of our cheering fellow students.
Not my shining hour and I cringe now, but thems were the days. So I figure, in relation to others, I am in no position to be throwing stones let alone freaking out.

Tie between A and C. Obnoxious couples making out and feeling each other up in public are annoying regardless of gender but people actually having sex or taking out their genitals are really crossing a line. I wouldn’t freak out about it any more when a gay couple does it than a straight couple though.
