How do you cope with not being smart?

I just scored a 105 on an IQ test. I have no way to cope with not being smart. I’ve always wanted to innovate society, not sit by and watch it be innovated. An obvious cope is to be an entertainment slave by becoming an artist or writer. Basically, I would only serve to entertain the worthless emotions of other average humans. I can’t think of a worse position in life.

What do I do now that I know I cannot achieve greatness?

Internet IQ tests don't count, kiddo.

Also, there also is little scientific support for the idea that IQ and intelligence are synonymous. If anything IQ is largely meaningless, and EQ is a better measure.

But in any case, it's about skill and ability to develop latent talent. Not just pass a few tests.

105 is an average intelligence. I probably have a similar IQ. I still have 2 Master Degrees and I teach Computer SCience at local college. I struggled to get through college but I worked hard and I made it although lots of times I thought I wouldn't. I enjoy what I am doing because it makes people's lives better. I think that is a form of greatness.
Greatness comes in many forms.

You can improve your IQ. It isn't set in stone. Obviously it may be harder for you to do so more than others but it's still possible.
