there is nothing you can do to reverse it, however you can slow the process by doing things such as practicing problem solving, learning new skills and reading books.

When i was 25 i didn't work for a year just partied and ever since then which is 7 years ago my mind is just fuzzy before that i was so smart and clever and logical

Undiagnosed autism or adhd is possible. Probably some type of stress induced regression.
