Almost 30. Is it too late to do things I've always dreamed of (i. e. go to law school)?

It feels like it doesn't mean anything anymore I'm too old to do anything.

You know i feel same thing... i can give advice, ideas, plan ahead, etc, etc... people now ask me for my "services"... and i am thinking why i couldn't had all these when i was,18,19,20... Now i could've end up somewhere/something Big.
But now i realised that i just "missed my train", when i had the chance i didn't take it, now is too late. But what keeps me going forward now, is the "knowledge" that i gathered and i can put it to good use, so i guess the best thing is to "never say never, or better later than never"... 😉

30 isn't bad for going back to school. If you want to, then there's no reason to hold yourself back because of age.
