Carthage. Their capitol was one of the most exotic places in the Mediterranean, and they were more of trading and business culture than a conquering empire. Rome was clearly jealous of Carthage, and Rome was totally the aggressor, constantly picking fights with Carthage.

But Rome ended up destroying it, Carthage c is seen bigger than it really was, Rome had to show him who was the master

I'm not a too big fan of both.
Not because I originate from there - I find the North European tribes to have had a more interesting life style and history compared to these two.

Carthage was always a little more interesting than Rome to me. Love the stories about Hannibal and how they convinced elephants to cross a bridge.

I don't know the history of the places very well but I like Roman bath houses so maybe Rome? But I think North African girls are beautiful as well especially modern Algerians and Tunisians? But Italian girls are also very beautiful?
