At worst, Trump is a loudmouth and an asshole. At BEST, Biden would only have "slight dementia." But in reality, we all know he's barely cognisant of what day it is and certainly not mentally healthy enough to be president. Being an asshole isn't mental illness, but getting your wife and sister mixed up is.
Either way, I'm not conservative, or a Republican, but I can respect a loudmouthed asshole who gets shit done, more than a dementia-ridden old crusty racist piece of shit who doubts people's blackness, sniffs little girls hair, and threatens to nuke US civilians (more than once). I don't even hate Biden; I just hate the people who are controlling him, when he should CLEARLY be in an old folks home, on heavy medication just to stay somewhat sane.
I hope you are unbiased, because nothing pisses me off more than people who spent four years shitting on Trump and calling him "racist, sexist, mentally ill, incompetent" etc, only to then support Biden who is LITERALLY all of these things, as demonstrated in recent history, on camera, but it's okay because he's a Democrat. If you think both Trump and Biden are retarded, then okay. I won't agree with you, but I can respect that. But if you think Joe Biden and his crackpipe son are A-okay, but Trump is "literally Hitler," then THAT is the person literally too fucking retarded for me to even bother wasting my time with. The cognitive dissonance of that is infuriating, even by Progressive standards. We know they have double standards all the time and are hypocritical AF, but that is a bridge too far, for me.36 Reply- +1 y

I never said I was qualified to call him demented. However, if it looks like a duck, walks like a duck, and talks like a duck, it ain't gonna be a f*ckin' sheep. That's why if I WERE to say anything about him, I'd say "Biden LIKELY has dementia." Cause no sh*t I'm not a mental health professional. You also don't have to be an astronaut to know there's no oxygen on the moon or that a turd sandwich doesn't make a great president.

I would have preferred Ted Cruz as the candidate in 2016 and I would prefer him again in 2024. My ideal candidate is Trey Gowdy but I doubt he will re-enter politics.
You are not denying that Biden shows signs of senility, are you?326 Reply- +1 y
I am not asking you for a clinical diagnosis according to established professional standards. Do you see signs that suggest dementia?

We see him rarely and that may be by design.

The history of being hidden away dates back to the campaign and staying in his basement. I am not a conspiracy theorist but I certainly appreciate the possibility of what could be happening here.

Anything could be happening but I think we have to pay attention to the data we have. The data suggests to me that rational decent decisions are coming out of the White House. I think you have to admit that even if you don't agree with him entirely that they still are well-formulated in at least makes sense. There's not the sudden impulsivity associated with him as we saw with the Trump Administration. I appreciate not having horrible surprises when I wake up in the morning and listen to the news.

No, his decisions about immigration are not well reasoned.

It demonstrates that the leftist censorship and propaganda is effective- even geniuses with doctorates don't know about the open borders policy instituted by the Biden Administration and the sex offenders and terrorists that, among others, are pouring through it. One million people it's estimated have come through since Biden opened the border. I wonder where they've all gone...

What about when he practically falls asleep when speaking?

I don't think a reasonable person would conclude that, given your constant political rants (often disguised poorly as questions) here on this forum, and the sweeping statement you made about Biden's policies. It's a major political issue greatly associated with both Trump and Biden, so someone like you who's clearly focused on politics can reasonably be expected to know something about it.
Maybe you should just admit that at least some of your conclusions aren't justified by your premises. Nah, you're way too arrogant for self-reflection and to admit you sometimes jump to conclusions based on your ideology. - +1 y
Thanks for MHO!

Anonymous(36-45)+1 yThis is one of my biggest problems with the state of political thought in this country.
Everybody is so focused on "us vs them" that we can't see that it's really us (the people) vs them (the elites). Do you seriously think any of them gives a shit about any of us? Why would you give ANY support to someone who's driving this country into the ground, especially under the notion that "well, the last guy was worse"? That's why we can't fix this shit. The DNC gave you a candidate that goes against everything modern democrats stand for, even though they had several candidates who were much better, and instead of being pissed at them for forcing you to vote for an old, corrupt, racist, rich white guy, you bought it because "orange man bad". Republicans did the same thing by voting for a corrupt windbag democrat because "black man bad"
If we don't start browbeating these political parties into giving us the BEST CANDIDATES for the job instead of making us choose the lesser of two evils, we're doomed. Seriously. This is our future as a nation, not a godammned football game.20 Reply
+1 yTrump is a textbook narcissist, and branded himself in a strategic way that had some comedic entertainment value. He always created a shock factor. He loves media whether it’s good or bad. He thrives off of having the spotlight on him. Having said all of that, he definitely seems sharper than Biden. Biden seemed as if he was of average intelligence in his younger years, but he seems to be declining when he’s practically falling asleep and can’t seem to stay on track when in the public spotlight. I think both have their strengths and weaknesses, but I think it’s naive to cheerlead rather than to use rational discernment.
10 Reply8K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. You merely disagreeing with Trump's policies and his communication methods doesn't mean he is mentally ill. In fact, it's an ethical violation to attempt to diagnose a person you've never met.
The evidence is strong that Biden has suffered significant cognitive decline, and it's obvious since he's been in the public eye so long. Whether it's actually full-blown dementia, or some pre-stage may be open to debate.319 Reply- +1 y
LMAO, it's isn't because of his "politics"- like most others in politics he stands for nothing but his own personal benefit, it's because of his behavior. No one the Democrats would actually put into the White House is going to have "good politics", so that's obviously not a criterion. To ignore the wide body of evidence that suggests cognitive decline on the part of Biden is derelict.

The ultra-defensive way you've reacted doesn't indicate confidence, nor does it inspire it, and the partisan nature of your comments indicates a severe and unfounded bias against those who don't share your political beliefs.
It's important that people have confidence in members of a profession, that they and others will be treated in an ethical and impartial manner, rather than on the basis of their political beliefs, religion, race, etc. Members of a profession who appear to bring their politics into their profession (and certainly those who actually do) undermine it greatly. Do we want people with mental health issues to be reluctant to seek treatment because they have reason to doubt the professionalism of the mental health professional? Do we want people receiving diagnoses on the basis of the mental health professional's political biases?

I see your dissembling again because I don't agree with your diagnosis of dementia. Excuse me if I don't have much respect for the pseudo diagnosis of a person who's not educated enough to even be making that diagnosis. This is my area of expertise not yours. I wish you could find it in your heart to respect that despite your political views.

I’m calling you out for being a political hack and letting your politics decide things. FYI, I have a number a former and current psychiatrists in my family with a lot more experience than you who will give me an honest opinion regardless of their politics, which you won’t do. And they don’t agree with you.
It’s also inaccurate to say I “diagnosed dementia”- reread my initial post.
5.9K opinions shared on Society & Politics topic. I think Trump is boorish, but I never saw signs of mental illness, regardless of all the shit that Democrats tried to throw at him.
On the other hand, how is it not obvious that Biden is suffering from dementia? All one has to is watch footage of him in years past compared to now.
I look at things objectively without seeing through partisan colored glasses.05 Reply- +1 y
Trump talks like an adolescent but I saw no deterioration. He rarely even uses a teleprompter. Biden is obviously deteriorating. He needs someone speaking into his ear in order to remember what to say or even where he is. If that's not obvious, you're too loyal to the Democratic party. I'm loyal to neither.
