Humans are not racist. No one is born racist, it is taught. There wasn't even a concept for race until the 17th century.
Most people are, and always have been, suspicious of "foreigners" or people who are different. That's not racism.
To say that "humans" are racist is akin to claiming that humans are sexist or some other shit. Are all humans sexist bigots?
As far as CRT is concerned, it seems like a way of promoting racism rather than eliminating it. How 'bout teaching honest, accurate history - both the good and the bad - instead of spinning another biased agenda like the kind of biased crap we've always been taught?

No we are not and there is plenty of evident to support that. It's the people we spend time around when our mind is developing that teach us racism. All of us are born a clean slate. Much social and emotional development takes place between the ages of five and seven. If a child is often around people that exhibit a given negative behavior it can become a part of their behavior as well. Behaviors such as racialism, drug or alcohol abuse and abuse in a relationship can be past on to the next generation in a family. Simply because a child learned this from family and other people that spent time around them during their heave development years.
People are quick to use the "I was born this way" defense to justify their behavior. Also amazing thing about what I'm saying has been verified by several studies in several scientific fields such as social science and psychological science. So its not really speculation on my end. I would suggest doing your own research. There really isn't any excuse for not doing so. The greatest thing the internet has give us collectively as a species is giving us access to wealth knowledge that we wouldn't have easy access to without it.
Animals are meant to be in tribes. Humans have been for 2 million years, until now when we're told we're not allowed to be. Watch in nature. There is no mixing, and certainly no forced mixing against their will.
It can be as senseless as road rage, anger toward my boss, etc. We have to learn that most hatred is senseless emotion. And then fix it as the thoughts come in.

But you are encouraging it, your saying that every one is racist (not accurate, tribalistic is not racism), and that we need to constantly beat a dead horse and show that people are racist (but not all people, just white people.). You also advocate for constantly talking about things that happened in the past that no one alive took part in and no one alive or dead could ever rectify thus ensuring that animosity and hate remains high. You make excuses for bad behavior in certain groups (minorities) and encourage it saying that its never their fault and thus they have no reason to alter the behavior even knowing that it will improve their lives by orders of magnitude, etc. etc. So yes, you are encouraging it.
America on the other hand discouraged it, they tried to hammer home that while their is tribalism, every one is apart of the American tribe, that their was not black white jewish christian, their was just americans. This helped not only encourage a positive tribalism but also a tribalism that by its nature was fare more welcoming then other tribes (as you have to be born into a race, but you don't have to be born into being an america, you are raised a religion, but you don't have to be raised American to be an American). You actively fight against this. So yes, you are encouraging tribalism and racism by selectively editing and revising history, ignoring data, and trying to pit each group against each other while undermining the one unifying idea we had.
And we're a LOT less racist than we used to be as a society. Just take two different years and compare them objectively (without exaggeration or hyperbole).
Of course we're not perfect. We still have work to do. But you don't call a 150-pound person fat when they used to weigh 300.
and tribal is completely different then racist. Racist is believing in the innate superiority or inferiority of a race, tribalism is preferential treatment to your way of life, your belief structure, and to your community. Notice one is about race, the other is not.

GOP doesn't equal conservative. And Democrats had little trouble in 2020 bypassing legislatures when it came to ignoring the legislatures‘ right to set election procedures in their states. Furthermore, while state legislatures may sometimes have Republican majorities, that doesn’t mean the bureaucrats, who are given lots of power to implement laws by legislation, are conservative- they usually are not.
And everyone knows the federal bureaucracy is dominated by leftists (Obama prioritized that), plus federal govt often abuses its power.

1) Yes any race can be and are racist. 2) the basic lesson of CRT I’ve read doesn’t mention any race. Just how it can be systemic. It’s actually boring and not as controversial as conservatives make it out. What teachers do with their lessons are another thing. But given the standardized testing I doubt there’s much room for creative racial teaching… :)
