The western Cape Region wants to Succeed from South Africa should they stay part of it or should they become independent?

With the only Functioning Province/region in South Africa wants to break lose from South Africa. This means CAPE town will be completely independent From South Africa and be it's own capital. This also means South Africa's richest province will be it's own republic

I'd say go for it. Had a feeling this would happen
