I believe in free speech AND being responsible for what you say. If you say something offensive to a person they should have the right to punch you in the mouth for it. That is how you have a civil society when people are willing to own everything that they say and do. We now have a 'mommy' society where people whine and call the police if their neighbor stares at them for 3 seconds. It's ridiculous.

Caricatures are not the issue, like all forms of free speech the issue is the intention of the caricature. What isn't the motivation behind publishing something like that? Is ir to entertain, amuse, instigate hatred towards and discrimination or even inflame violence against a religious group.
Fair enough if you want to say you don't believe in God or are against religion, I've done that myself many times, but crap like this just cheapens debate and reduces free speech to an incoherent rant.

Nothing is holy in this world. So sure, if religious people mock other people then anyone should be able to mock them. Pretty common to see Muslims shit on Hindus and vice versa or Christians against Juadism and etc. There should be no favouritism, but as always people cry about it because it shows that their faith is not holy or divine at all.
