I share that frustration.. I found that (arguing) logic and reason mean nothing to them. Facts mean nothing to them.

Consider that in their bubble, their only sources for information and confirmation bias are all telling them that this is a hoax, democrat takeover, etc.. Social media AI sees what triggers them and feeds even more of it to them, so these people are being spoon-fed misinformation that strokes their confirmation bias.

I've never watched much of the left-wing cable news, but I recently started paying attention when my wife started watching cnn and msnbc. They also deliver news in the same fashion that fox and newsmax do - just from the opposing viewpoint. It's all hot garbage filled with more editorializing than fact. It's opinion-based news. Bad for us all.

I generally only listen to the experts in their fields. Anyone who actually believes that they are ALL in concert together to misinform the public for some deep-state agenda is laughable.

Like all things, this too will eventually play out - and already are playing out in places like TX and FL, where everything science said turned out to be true, and everything politicians and talking heads said is getting ignorant people killed. So in a way, you are getting your wish.
