I can't find it but I remember it. The actual quote, He dosnt say "bleach", he just hypothesized sanitizing the inside of the body somehow. He meant, directly and chemically attacking the virus, which is different from inducing the body to form an immunity or triggering some other body process that would knock back the infection. People do physically sanitize to stop infections all the time. Mouthwash, antibiotics.
