Dianne Feinstein who is 88 was re-elected as U. S. Senator from California in 2018. Her current term will end in January, 2025.

Given her ripe old age and diminishing mental capacity, will she be able to finish out her term?

If not, whomever is governor at the time will appoint her replacement.
