No and it's for many of the reasons that I don't think Trump. Also why I think any elected officials before them are weak. Pointing major issues and not doing anything to fully fix the issue is a sign weakness. If you know there is an issues that needs to be fixed, you do everything you can to fix it. You don't mention it in passing and sweep it under the rug. A good of elected officials mention it in passing and sweep it under the rug is how officials since the have allowed 13 to big to fail banks to continue biasness since the housing market crash in 2008. Leaving the country open for a repeat of the exact issue as before.
