It's a saying i've heard somewhere before. Basically it means that whenever a woman pushes a baby out of her, thus create one life, her man could have made hundreds of women pregnant, and have hundreds of his children. Thus creating hundreds of lives thus creating a kingdom so to speak.

Well, consideration of what is or is not superior is debatable, and most women would argue women are superior.

But the rest of your statement is technically true. Scientists have even determined that in an apocalyptic situation where the world would need to be repopulated, it would only take a 1:10 ratio of men to women, to ensure that there was no extensive "incest" or an excessive genetic degradation from having children with close relatives (cousins). They even we so far as to show that 500 men and 5,000 women would repopulate our entire planet to what its current population is within 16 generations. So 1 man would be keeping 10 women pregnant regularly.

This is something scientists have actually studied, surprise surprise.

If anything I would say this devaulues men. After all, for every birth in his "kingdom" he needs a woman while women only needs a single man left alive to continue on. Anything over that is just spares.

So wouldn't that make every women useful since you need them to literally create the next generation but virtually most men useless? What if most of the children, and even the father himself, werent smart enough to actually create "civilization"? What if women weren't picky/hypergamous at all? Would that affect the buliding of this possible civilization?

Speaking strictly from a biological standpoint its true. A Woman at best between the age of when she starts having sex, to when she can't have kids any more can at best have 20 children. where a man can impregnate a different woman every hour of every day.. That does not mean he should though.
