It's a short amount of time so it's difficult to say something that will have impact. But a minute is also longer than one sentence, as many have written, so here goes...

Is this how you want to live? Is this the life you really want? The society and culture and neighbourhood you want? Have you really thought about the potentiality and impact that you could have on the world, your community, and your loved ones?
What if there is no heaven, no afterlife, no karma, no other version of you that will exist again? Are you really making the most of this day, and this life?
In reality, there is no excuse for passivity, for giving up. Life is hard, life is challenging, life kicks you in the ass sometimes, and sometimes it breaks you down so low you wonder how you will ever be able to get up again. But still, is that a justification for thinking that nothing you do will make a difference, steer your life on another course, or be something that matters? It's your life, no one else's, and there is no harm in trying. Keep trying, don't give up. Do it for yourself, and do it for others. Because you have to; and because you can. Because what is worse than not succeeding in your goals is not even trying.

I would tell everyone to stop chasing the mirage of happiness, because when you make something so intangible one of your goals in life, you just ironically end up making yourself even more miserable.
I would tell everyone that power, money, status and fame are traps, and not to pursue them. I would also ask if it really was necessary to resort to violence so often in order to resolve disputes, and would suggest they not take life so seriously all the time and lighten up.
Oh yes, and masturbate more often, because nothing is better for getting rid of stress :)

Drugs are a personal choice now make them legal and we shall use all funding from selling them go to improve society as a whole rather than letting some weird ass drug dealers make money.
If anyone disagrees, that's fine but when mexico is still a state of ruin due to drug cartels and all the pointless funding for military costs over due to this And when America is still plagued by drug dealers shooting each other and all drug crime still on the run don't say we dunno how to fix.

Boil Jesus's message down to it's simplest form and it was "love".

Matthew22:37-39 " Thou shalt love the lord God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, this is the first and greatest commandment. And the second is like unto it. Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself". If people followed this it would be a heaven on earth.

I stress the second part of this " love thy neighbor as thyself". We may not all be of the same religion but there is still more about each of us that is alike than different. To quote Kennedy " We all breathe the same air, we all cherish our children's futures, and we are all mortal". So between this two planes of existence birth and death we suffer enough. Why compound it with our pettiness.

I would say to my fellow Americans in particular... to stop being overly sensitive, stop being offended by everything, that not every situation has to come down to race, that your not oppressed (go to N. Korea, ukraine, china, bolivia, etc. To see what is REAL oppression) To think for yourselves and not what is on t. v. or your favorite celebrities opinion. that Socialism hasn't worked anywhere in the world and it's not going to start here. That the government regardless of party control will try to divide its people and conquer them through the media on hot button topics... to understand that the world doesn't owe you a damn thing and life is unfair, to live by a good moral code (ex. 10 commandments) show empathy and help those in need... and of course LET'S GO BRANDON !
