I think what would be great is if the people actually elected candidates that represent us and have our interests at heart, democrat and republican alike. The simple fact is that our government is ruled by 60, 70, and 80 year olds who have made themselves millionaires via lobbyists, donors, and even insider trading. I may be wrong, but I think there are two senators over 90 years old.

I’d like to have a congress full of working class people. People from healthcare, manufacturing, hospitality. People who lived paycheck to paycheck and has an actual idea of what would help a normal family while being able to ignore coal, pharmaceutical, oil, and gun money.

Old men who have been in politics for 40 years, and yes, a man who lived in a gold plated condo in a New York high rise, was, and will never have yours, mine, or any other normal person’s interests at heart.

I watched Trump on TV a week ago. He has lost weight and looked great. It was nice to hear somebody coherent instead of what we have in the White House now. He was able to rattle off solutions to a lot of the problems plaguing this country. They probably would all work too because they worked before.

Biden at best reads from a script, so of course you don't hear anything from him. But when his COVID coordinator threatens the unvaccinated with facing “a winter of severe illness and death for yourselves, your families, and the hospitals you may soon overwhelm.”, I wouldn't be proud of that.
