Well, there are only two ways they couldn't be: either they die out, or they mutate into something so different that it's undeniable that they're not human anymore. Given that natural selection separated us from the chimps seven MILLION years ago, and we're still pretty similar, I don't see five HUNDRED doing much. But if we start pushing bionics to a ludicrous degree, or somehow digitizing our consciousnesses, there may be a point where that line is crossed. Maybe.

But in the more traditional "we died out" sense, where not even our descendants are left? Yeah, they'll be somebody still around. We're well past peak oil production, and our whole modern society runs on that. Without it- well, things are going to get very nasty, just how much so dependent on how thoroughly we've expanded into other forms of energy production. But the worst you're likely to see from that is billions of deaths and the destruction of modern civilization- awful, to be sure, but not the sort of thing that could threaten our species' very survival. Remember all that we endured back when we DIDN'T have modern understanding.

This is a very good question but if you noticed everybody's building up for war Ukraine Russia China with Taiwan Philippines everybody's trying to take something from somebody it's called greed it's called poor planning but like with covid that's just going to keep going and going and going they're going to milk it dry just like all our natural resources if our country goes bankrupt and people stop producing food do turn off the power if people are going to start killing people for food like I said we're being manipulated like you would never believe and you can only see the path that we're all going down and I don't think it's a good one I hope I'm wrong I guess the meek shall inherit the earth as they say

I doubt that because testosterone will be probably declining even more meaning either we will have one sex remaining or because production will even then need to sexes in some way humanity will have died because the sperm quality is low that the chance of getting pregnant is as high winning the lottery.
Besides that humanity will be attacked by the advanced change of climate, many diseases and wars for fundamental ressources like water. That will heavely decrease human population.

Considering us humans are killing and destroying ourselves in each in any generation I probably say eventually we will go extinct, of course us humans isn't the only species other animal species are in the exact same boat. I believe all humans and animals will be dead and gone in a few years. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️

I honestly hope so! It would be such a tragedy for the only example of intelligent life with so much potential to be extinguished over the most pity of reasons paper money and power and social differences when we can rule the entire universe and spread beautiful life everywhere
