Of course. Considering all we've endured, we as a species are almost impossible to destroy- it's probably not possible through simple human effort.

Now, knocking out our civilization? That you could do. And once we reach the point where we're unable to leave the planet, we're EVENTUALLY doomed (for all practical purposes, at least), but that's still billions of years down the line.

I definitely think so. I think with all this technology their find ways to live longer. Maybe have mechanical hearts go past 100 years and stuff.

The planet earth will only disappear in a couple billion years when our sun turns into a supernova.

But humans... not so sure,... 200 years is a short time, but who knows what will happen.
