Change your passwords, get two-part authentication on everything you can to make hacking harder.

If its here, might need to delete and create a new account to start fresh.

If they hack your stuff you can file a police report on it, it might help but probably won't but at least there is a record of it.

There are a few people who are building a national database to function as a source of reference for people seeking information on what to look for, what your situation has in common with other TIs. across the country, etc. I am engaged in opening up a reference source for people based on location, numbers of people targeted within a given city or district, and proportion of those incidents where the victim iether knows who thier assailants are, as opposed to the ones where the perpetrators are iether unknown to the victim or are complete strangers.
Why don't you reply with the name of the city or township these activities are taking place in, if you know these people, if you recognize any of them from within your community, and the approximate date these activities started or that you noticed them starting in, and if they are ongoing. Also, mention if there is any periods of time that you don't experience any harrassing activity that indicates a break in a community or cooperative effort to unravel or intimidate you.
Please, do not give any personal information that can potentially be used against you, but dates and timelines within a given community setting would help establish a baseline of activity that can help narrow down the list of potential suspect - organizations and group affiliations.
Unfortunately, there are few, if any law enforcement agencies that will even acknowledge that gangstalking takes place, let alone take a statement and investigate. Selective enterpretation and enforcement of the law is the norm. in communities across America, and any visual or material evidence you can obtain will improve your chances of building a case against an individual or group involved in this harrassing activity targeted against you. Those numbers and locations and dates will greatly enhance my ability to help determine a common thread in cooperative group harrassment activities.
