How to handles gang stalking aka community stalking?

so Im 31 and I've been getting community stalked since I was 17. it started with a boy that liked me that I rejected becuase he was dating someone else. long story short I've been getting nothing but harassed by his friends and his friends friends and family some of my enemies are known and unknown so long story short I went to a store when one of the people that didn't like me stole my info and hacked my emails, accounts and phone and even ip adress even while i had a vpn. I've tried to change my passwords nothing has worked and including changing my number. these people are tough they are cowards.. is there any advice on what I can do about it thank you!

Likely it's all in your head. Nobody is that persistent. Most stalkers tend to attack their prospects within a few years, not wait a decade and recruit - as you're claiming.

May be they are all different people you've pissed off, and you're confused as to the reason? Either way, get evidence, lots of it, and then report it. Just walking in with nothing but claims, you'll just get laughed out.

It sounds like the best thing to do would be to go to the police.
